The expectation of excellence is the driving force that shapes the culture at HZW.
Culture
While we have a strong leadership team, we do not have an overly structured office and we encourage all staff to share their thoughts and ideas. We take our “open door” policy seriously as it leads to a balanced office where people know they are appreciated. At HZW, we work as a team, with everyone from senior management down to field technicians pitching in when necessary. Maintaining excellence is hard, but we love to laugh while we work and understand that our relationships are built around trust and respect.
